Buffy and Angelus fight, Buffy to close the portal of Akathlah, and Angelus to keep it open, and unleash hell on Earth.
Fortunately, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the Chosen one, was able to defeat Angelus, and close the portal, averting the apocolypse.
Wrong.
Buffy failed, she never closed the portal. Demons started pouring from the Gate to Hell, Buffy and newly re-ensouled Angel were overtaken. In the first wave, Buffy, Angel, and Giles were killed, leaving Xander to bring the horrible news to the Scooby Gang.
Wesley arrived in Sunnydale just in time to find out that not only was his charge not there, but Buffy was dead, and the most power he had to deal with was a budding witch novice.
Now, Wesley and Willow must command a town full of normal people to the fight against evil, just to survive, and to hope that the Slayer would somehow get to them.
Spike will be working with the Scoobies, since the Slayer is his best chance to get the world back to the way he likes it. And also to get 'The Passion' back.

Name: Cassy Davis Age: 17 Height: 5'6" Weight: 123 lbs Strengths: hand to hand, stakes and swords {the only weapons she knows} Weaknesses: She has little experience with other weapons Personality: Cassy is pretty sweet to people. She's a bit shy when she first meets someone. Bio: Cassy grew up in New York City. She felt that, even as a child, she had some advantage over the other girls. She knew that she was different but she didn't know how. Then she was approached by a tall old man in a white coat. Actually, he knocked on her door and spoke to her parents. At first they thought he was crazy but somehow he convinced them that she needed to live with him. She was 12 at the time. Over the course of 4 years he trained her and taught her many different things about what being a slayer meant. She even managed to read a couple of the watcher diaries.
She was called soon after the death of Buffy and was surprised when she heard that the former slayer had died. Her watcher immediately had instructions to send her to Sunnydale where she was direly needed. So she headed on her way with just a plane ticket and some clothes. Also, another point for people who like making up characters, and/or playing the fence
We can always use new/additional OC's in an RP like this, anything from a normal High schooler turned Demon-Killer, to a vampire, to a witch, to anybody, so, if you like making OC's feel free

Name: Padrieck Tensk Age: 350 Height: 5'9 Weight: 165 lbs Strengths: Vampiryc Abilities Weakness: Vampiryc Weakness', Arrogant Personality: Padrieck is a different breed of vampire, he doesn't thrill in the kill or the hunt, but the chaos and the fight, he doesn't kill unless he needs to feed or to make a point. He rides the fence, never playing one side long enough to get to entwined with the beliefs of those he works with or for.
Bio: Padrieck lived for over three hundred years of blissful combat, near death battles, and fun to be had. That changed when the demons started pouring in, destroying the governments of men, and taking over. The demons gave the vampires a chance to stay around, provided the vampires worked for them, and Padrieck was smart enough to take their side.
Padrieck and another vampire, Kasilla, were put in charge of taking the city, Sunnydale...the demons felt themselves to 'superior' for such as this menial task. Padrieck knows he is a lackey, but he likes to think of himself as the boss, and it nearly cripples him with anger knowing that he is indeed, still a lackey.

Personality: Kasilla is a free spirit, she finds a sort-of sensual thrill for her kills, and feels a connection, almost, a relationship to every person she feeds on. She knows she is beautiful, and makes it a point to make sure other's know how beautiful she is, and loves it when others acknowledge her beauty.
Bio: Kasilla was a very young woman when she was turned, and is a very young vampire, not cut out for the role that the Demon Over-seers have given her, but she learned better than to question them, so, she traveled with Padrieck to the town of Sunnydale, where it seemed the inhabitants were putting up enough of a fight to draw the Overseer's attention.
