He watched her for a long moment, his eyes on her, on the hand under her eye. He touched his own eye, watching her, before moving further under the hot water. He shivered, but his core temperature went up slightly. He could feel it. He ran a hand over the bandages, before ducking under the water. He didn't breathe, so he didn't have to worry. He watched her touch, touching his own eyes, before pointing at her.

"Human. Anyone seen someone else around?"
"Only seen you," Gambit said and looked around, before reaching to touch it. He looked around before meeting Wolverine's eyes. "Can you track it?" he asked before moving away, his hands going into his pocket. He pulled out his cards, to play with them, his fingers balancing them easily.
***** Jean-Paul Beaubier AKA Northstar "Well, I don't exactly want to, but I have things to do. I'm to see to all of your friends every need. I'm supposed to show you all something, when you're all down for brunch. If you want to help, pass on the word...make sure that everyone who comes down stays?"
Jean-Paul was so close to replying, to offer to go with him instead. But as two other strangers came, he stopped, watching the men. One was tall, blond, with a nasty scar on his face, and a strange-looking beautiful man that had to be a mutant. "Er....help yourselves...."
The smaller one seemed to consider something, his eyes drifting between Jack and the food...and then, suddenly, he moved. Jean-Paul stared as the man moved between his legs, to go to the table. He turned, watching the man stuff food into his food. "Oh..." he looked over at Jack before chuckling. "Alright then...I...be careful," he reached out, to touch his face, gently.

Japhrimel followed Pan, glancing to Jack, before sighing. "I don't care right now," he said and walked to Pan. He touched his back, caressing it in a friendly manner, before sitting down and taking a roll to eat. "Easy, Pan...no one will take the food away."
**** Francis Draven "Tessa-- I take it you're another surprise guest?"
He nodded and took a deeper breath, looking down for a moment before meeting her eyes. "Francis Draven," he said and looked around, his eyes narrowed slightly. "I have no idea what I am doing here. I know my powers are not working, and it is making me royally pissed off.."
He stopped and took a calming breath. "Oh well...it is a trap. We can only seek freedom and answers."

Lorna Dane AKA Polaris "What about you; are you powers less controllable or more?"
"Very controllable," she said and smiled gently, her eyes almost shining at the memory. "But it is a lot to master. It took me time...but it is a time that is precious to me..." she started to walk, smelling the air. "Do you smell food?"

"Well, that's comforting, sug. My powers could kill a person if I hold on too long. I could wind up having their memories, and in the case of mutants, their powers."
"Ouch," he grimaced and took her hand, holding it easily as he watched her. "Well, either I cancel yours...or we both get it and hours of coma ensure..." he winked, playfully, before standing. He pulled her with him, watching her face. "We should...explore this place. Or so I think anyway. Would you come with me, luv? Or stay? We can stay if you want to."
*** Nikolai Pryce
"We have not been forsaken."
He met her eyes, searching them before nodding. He had to be brave, when she was. He took a shaking breath before turning his face...he smelled something good, carried on the draft through the place. "Oh...I...do you smell that?" he asked and met her eyes with hope.
*** Sarah Malory "So what's your power, if you don't mind me asking. If you do then disregard that question and ask one of your own."
She laughed at the words as they walked, one hand going to her hip. "I can transform my body into...a huge lizard that breathes fire and flies," she said and winked, before shaking her head. "I usually stay between them, though...makes me pretty strong and dangerous. But I hate using it. It's just a little...awkward, for clothes. I end up naked."

He watched her touch, touching his own eyes, before pointing at her.
She watched him under the water before shaking her head with a sigh. "My eyes? Long story..." she glanced across to Jean before looking back to him. "Put it this way...one moment, I am walking around without eyes...the next, I wake up here, and I have eyes again. More than a little disconcerting. I...seem to have lost my powers and gained my sight."

Logan - Wolverine
"Can you track it?"
Wolverine gave a slight growl in his throat, rolling the blood between his fingertips before nodding, stalking lightly down the corridor. "It's not much...they weren't badly injured. Just careless....here..." he pointed ahead, another clear smear of blood on the wall, not having to uses his sense for that. Just as well....with his powers not being what they should, he wasn't exactly inclined to trust them as he usually would. He frowned when he heard sound coming from one of the rooms, pausing out side of it to listen before opening it quickly. He stared at the woman there, in her nightdress and holding her shoes...and she smelt...she smelt familiar.

Ember stared back at Wolverine, and the other people in the doorway behind him. "Now...granted, I don't remember anything about last night...but I doubt very much that you were all involved in a one night stand...what on earth is going on here?" she half demanded, dropping her shoes to slide them back on.

"Alright then...I...be careful," he reached out, to touch his face, gently
He watched Jean-Paul with surprise for a long moment, letting out a long breath. It wasn't often someone cared what he was up to. He gave a small, grateful smile before sliding as silently away as he could, not wanting to bring his being there to the attention of the others who hadn't yet twigged that he was human, and a member of staff.

Pan
"Easy, Pan...no one will take the food away."
"You don't know that...how do you know that?" Pan pointed out, still standing as he reached to pour them both some juice. "You just woke up in a strange room with no powers...you couldn't even get the door open...who's to say what's real or not. Nope...you have no idea what's going on...and the first rule in a situation when you're not certain of the future is...well...it's eat a lot..." he gave a firm nod.

"Hello, Mr. Draven," she said, pro forma. "I... had noticed that we were cut off from the world, and I would have to say that loss of powers would explain the feeling I've been having." Tessa spoke somewhat slowly, carefully. She was used to thinking about everything before she said or did it, and it was taking seconds instead of nanoseconds, among other differences. Finally she smiled hesitantly. "Any chance you'd like to go on a hunting expidition for our host with me?"
